Poster Artwork
Greg Allen's (Director) goal of the production was to present real, authentic characters to build empathy for them and real unhoused people. Audiences find the characters experiencing intense and heavy life events as a result of their relationships to themselves, others, and drugs.
The bust in the foreground of the piece is intended to push the human experiences. Additionally, the artwork includes several representations of the transformations undergone in the show: turning to stone, water, or a bird. There are overlays of streetlights and brick sidewalks. The typefaces for the poster are different weights and fonts of standard US street sign type. These elements offer context for the play's city setting.
